Terms & Conditions (Terms of Use)

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vantu website (the “Site”) and any content, features, tools or services we make available (collectively, “Services”). You agree you will not:

  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site (e.g. hacking, viruses, overloading);

  • You may have opportunities to submit or post content on or via the Site (e.g. comments, feedback, surveys). For any such “User Content,” you grant Vantu a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or publish the User Content in any form or medium and for any purpose, as permitted by applicable law.

  • You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights (including copyright, privacy, or publicity rights), is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, and that you have all necessary rights to grant the license above.

  • Vantu reserves the right to review, reject, remove, or modify any User Content at its discretion, with or without notice, and assumes no responsibility for content posted by users.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • The content and functionality on the Site are provided with the understanding that Vantu Ltd is not engaged in rendering professional advice or services to you. No Site content is intended to, nor shall it be deemed to, constitute investment or services. You remain solely responsible for your use of all Site Content, and any reliance on it is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

  • The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

  • We do not guarantee the Site is error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vantu is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits arising out of your use (or inability to use) the Site.

  • Our total liability for all claims arising under these Terms is limited to the amount you (if any) paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

 

5. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vantu, its officers, employees, agents, and partners from any claim or demand (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or your infringement of others’ rights, your user content or submissions or any negligent or wilful misconduct by you.

 

6. Links & Thurs Party Sites

  • The Site may include links to third-party websites or resources. These links are provided for your convenience; Vantu does not control them and is not responsible for their content.

  • Your use of third-party websites is governed by their own terms and policies, not these.

  • Vantu does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy or practices of such linked sites.

 

7. Modifications & Changes

  • Vantu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, parts of the Site or its content, with or without notice.

  • We may also revise these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will become effective when posted to the Site. Your continued access or use of the Site after such posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved only in the courts located in England, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

 

9. Miscellaneous

  • If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force.

  • These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements you enter with us, represent the entire agreement between you and Vantu concerning the Site.
